I'm Priya Khanna, Senior Producer. Cascade Production Group has been running full-service event production in Seattle for 14 years. Conference AV, theatrical lighting, and staging — all in-house, all in one crew, one contract, one point of contact from kickoff through strike.

What full-service means

We own our PA systems, our intelligent lighting rigs, and our staging inventory. We don't rent from a third party for a markup and call it full-service. When we commit to your show, we're committing our own gear and our own crew.

Who we work best with

Events 300–1500+ pax needing a complete production package. Multi-day conferences where we load in Monday and strike Thursday. Theatrical product launches where the production is part of the story. Galas that need a proper stage and real lighting, not a DJ rig.

If you need boardroom AV for 40 people, we're probably not the right fit — the overhead doesn't pencil for small shows. We'll say so honestly and point you toward someone who specializes in that scale.
